Today, Kodansha Games Creator’s Lab announced IGNISTONE is now available on Steam and mobile devices today. The game will be available with a special PC discount until October 9.
About IGNISTONE
Every year, the Mame Tribe celebrates the legendary IGNISTONE with a city-wide festival, but calamity strikes when mysterious lizard people (who conspicuously appear to be masked Mame Tribe members) steal the marvelous monolith! Now hidden in an underground enclave, venture into the dangerous subterranean hollows in search of the IGNISTONE in a roguelike adventure with a hand-drawn paper-style aesthetic reminiscent of fan-favorite 2D action RPGs.
Dungeon crawl into the ever-changing Forbidden Mines as it creates new pathways with each entry. Select a tunnel full of enemies, items, and surprises along the way in a quest to reach the lowest point of the living caverns. Every 10 floors presents a choice — return to the surface with hard-earned loot and experience points, or venture deeper in search of more valuable items guarded by even stronger adversaries.
With sword and shield in hand, combat enemy cave-dwellers one-on-one with consecutive attacks and build up the special meter by landing powerful combos. Unleash a powerful Special Attack or guard at the perfect time to either pummel or parry enemies into a daze. Continue the beatdown against unconscious enemies to lay waste to dozens of dangerous foes.
Collect Starberries after every successful battle and trade them in for new items, powerups, and stat-boosting mushrooms. Customize the perfect loadout with a variety of sword options, each with its own stats, and equip up to eight amulets for bonus attributes including on-hit effects, attack power boosts, and cooldown increases.
But stay vigilant! Failure serves as a temporary setback, but any gear in tow lays forever lost in the mines. Take a break between perilous cave dives with mini-games, and meet the peculiar Mame Tribe townsfolk while unfolding an adorable story of rivalry, teamwork, and perseverance.

IGNISTONE is now available at a 20% discount for $6.39 on Steam for PC until Monday, October 9th, and also available for purchase on Android and iOS, with language support for English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese.
