Three Bees released a new trailer for its upcoming point-and-click title Perfect Tides: Station to station, which will be available on Steam next year. The game follows an aspiring writer as she plans to make it in the city. Players will make a variety of decisions to help or hinder her writing as she explores a life of different actions and consequences.
About Perfect Tides: Station to Station
It’s 2003 at the dawn of the 21st century, and 18-year-old Mara has left her small island hometown to pursue college as an aspiring writer in the big city. Navigate the next year of her life through four seasonal acts and more than 60 distinct environments to discover.
Nurture (or neglect!) relationships with friends and romantic partners while balancing school work, personal writing goals, new opportunities, and the city’s bustling mass transit system. Explore branching plotlines while collecting items and information through conversation and experiences to further Mara’s understanding of topics. Take this knowledge and synthesize impressive, insightful essays — or overwrought duds — to foster her writing experience.
Every planned meeting and chance encounter will leave Mara with a new perspective, making her previous attempts at writing – and her own memories of childhood – feel more distant and sometimes even embarrassing. Help her find her place in the world by growing as a writer, becoming a better friend, or devolving into boredom and loneliness.
“Perfect Tides: Station to Station brings out the angsty young adult in us all,” explains Meredith Gran, Founder, Three Bees. “There will be times where players will feel lost, excited, self-conscious, euphoric, and so much more through Mara’s experiences.”
Perfect Tides: Station to Station will launch on PC and Mac via Steam in 2025. For more information, please visit the official website, follow the team on Twitter/X, join the community on Discord, and search #PerfectTides on all social media platforms.
