Yesterday, EXNOA (the company that operates DMM Games) and Tookyo Games announced that Shuten Order physical editions will arrive to Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 will be released in Spring 2026. The game’s Nintendo Switch 2 physical edition will arrive fully on cartridge (as opposed to a Game Key Card). For those who don’t want to wait, the digital version of Shuten Order is now available for Steam, Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2.

The physical edition of SHUTEN ORDER for Nintendo Switch™ 2 and Nintendo Switch will be distributed in North America by PM Studios. In Europe, REEF Entertainment Ltd. will distribute the physical edition exclusively for Nintendo Switch™ 2.
SHUTEN ORDER is a multi-genre adventure game created through a collaboration between DMM GAMES and Tookyo Games, led by Kazutaka Kodaka (best known for the Danganronpa series). SHUTEN ORDER allows players to experience five different game systems within a single game, including stealth action horror and multi-perspective visual novel systems.
SHUTEN ORDER Nintendo Switch™ 2 Edition features a higher frame rate (variable frame rate of 60-120 in both TV and handheld modes), and mouse control (compatible with all situations where mouse operation is accessible).
Publishing of the Nintendo Switch™ 2 and Nintendo Switch versions in North America and Europe is handled by Spike Chunsoft, Inc..
